TrackMyConf Terms of Service

Last updated: August 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrackMyConf — the website (trackmyconf.com), mobile application, and associated WhatsApp channel (together, the “Service”) — operated by Jaqlor (“Jaqlor,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use TrackMyConf. The Service is intended for professionals in pharma, healthcare-IT, and cybersecurity fields, but is generally available to anyone meeting this age requirement.

2. Your account

3. The Service

TrackMyConf surfaces conferences and industry events relevant to your stated professional interests, scores them for relevance using automated and AI-assisted methods, tracks key opinion leaders (KOLs), and sends deadline and activity reminders across the channels you choose (email, push notification, and/or WhatsApp).

Conference and KOL data. Conference details, deadlines, and KOL information are gathered from publicly available sources and are provided for informational convenience. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this data accurate and current, we don't guarantee its completeness or accuracy, and you should verify critical details (deadlines, dates, registration requirements) directly with the conference organizer before making decisions based on them.

Relevance scoring. The conferences and updates you see are ranked using an automated scoring system, assisted by AI, based on the interests and preferences you provide. This is a convenience feature, not a guarantee that every relevant conference will be surfaced or that every surfaced conference will be relevant to you.

4. Subscriptions and billing

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. WhatsApp communications

If you verify a WhatsApp number with us, you consent to receive reminders, notifications, and support responses via WhatsApp, subject to WhatsApp's own Business Platform terms. You can opt out at any time by messaging us to stop or by disabling WhatsApp in your notification preferences. Standard message/data rates from your carrier may apply.

7. Intellectual property

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including for payments, sign-in and calendar sync, WhatsApp messaging, push notifications, transactional email, and AI-assisted processing. Your use of features involving these providers may also be subject to their own terms. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services beyond our control.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that conference/KOL data will always be accurate, complete, or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jaqlor and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we'll provide reasonable advance notice where practicable). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

12. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.

This document was drafted to reflect TrackMyConf's actual features, billing model, and integrations as of the date above. It is provided as a thorough starting point, not legal advice — we recommend having it reviewed by a lawyer familiar with Indian contract and consumer protection law before publishing, particularly Sections 4 (billing/refunds), 10 (liability), and 13 (dispute resolution).
